Turf – Kikuyu

Kikuyu grows well in full sun but does not grow well in shaded areas making it susceptible to weeds. When well-watered, fed and mown regularly Kikuyu is great for large areas but it can become invasive and is not suitable for areas consisting of lots of garden beds.
